Joker – Skitta / I Think You Should Know ft. Newham Generals Out Now

Joker - Skitta - I Think You Should Know ft. Newham Generals

After a brief absence, the Bristol producer Joker returns with his latest double-a-side single on his own label Kapsize Recordings.

First up is the track ‘Skitta’, which has been doing the rounds on Radio One and other stations since late 2011. The track incorporates that trance like sound with Joker’s hard-hitting drum patterns, a style which was regularly heard throughout his previous album ‘The Vision’.

Next is the track ‘I Think You Should Know’, featuring the legendary Grime crew and members of the Dirtee Stank label Newham Generals, which sees Footsie and D Double E both flow effortlessly over Joker’s electronic funked out basslines, best described as the ‘purple sound’. As well as the extended instrumental version.

The release is out now and available both digitally and on vinyl from the links below.
